About us
Thrax is a Catalan technology company specialising in connectivity and network infrastructure for places that fibre and wireless links cannot reach.
We work out of Granollers, in the Vallès Oriental, and serve all four Catalan provinces: remote farmhouses in the Berguedà or the Pallars, campsites and rural tourism in the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava, farms in the Segrià, industrial estates, building sites and boats.
We're a local Starlink distributor: we handle activation, install the kit, invoice in Spain and provide support in Catalan and Spanish. One point of contact, no call centres, no middlemen.

Starlink, start to finish
Thrax started as an IT engineering firm and today brings connectivity to houses, lodgings and businesses across Catalonia. The base is in Granollers, in the Vallès Oriental, and that’s where the technical team goes out from.
As a local Starlink distributor, we handle the whole cycle: we tell you if you have coverage, process the activation, bring the kit, install it, and keep being the ones who pick up the phone afterwards.

We don’t compete with our partners: if the client is yours, it stays yours. We bring the product, the logistics and the technical backup.
