The Starlink fee ranges from 35 € a month for the Residential 100 plan to 65 € for the Residential Max, plus 10 € a month for equipment rental — currently on promotion at 0 € — and a one-off 19 € shipping fee. On top of that comes Thrax's installation, from 199 € + VAT. These are the prices in effect as of August 2026; Starlink revises them every few months, so we confirm the exact amount before processing your activation.

Yes, as long as the dish can see the sky. Starlink satellites are in low orbit and pass across the whole sky, so in a narrow valley what matters is having a clear strip of sky towards the north. We check this with the app during the site visit before installing anything, and if the site doesn’t work, we’ll tell you and won’t charge you.

The base fee on residential plans has no minimum term: you can cancel or pause the service whenever you like, and with the Roam plans you can even skip the months you don’t use it. Starlink’s occasional promotions may ask for a 12-month commitment; if that’s the case, we’ll tell you before you sign up.

No, if you're a new customer. Since May 2026 Starlink rents the equipment for 10 € a month instead of selling it, and it has to be returned when you cancel the service. The exception is the High Performance dish, which is bought outright (2,500 €) and can be financed over 12 months.

A standard installation is completed in a single visit: we mount the dish, run the cable, configure the network and verify the signal. The service is up and running the same day. We’re usually out within a week of you accepting the quote.

It depends where you are: the Vallès isn’t the same as the Pallars Sobirà. We calculate it by location and you’ll see it broken out in the quote, alongside everything else. It never shows up later as an extra on the invoice.

Yes. The kits allow you to connect third-party routers directly and apply custom configurations, common in business installations with an existing network. If you already have a network, we integrate it.

Yes. Thrax is based in Granollers and invoices with Spanish VAT, so self-employed workers and businesses can deduct it like any other connectivity expense. Support is in Catalan and Spanish, always with the same person.
